INTRODUCTION TO STANDING AND JUMP FLOAT SERVING

FOCUS

Take your serving game to the next level! These focused sessions are designed to sharpen your standing and jump float serves through advanced drills and personalized feedback. Athletes participating in these sessions should already demonstrate some success with overhand serves or, at a minimum, be able to execute them. Perfect for athletes who are ready to elevate their skills with power, accuracy, and confidence. The session will also include the use of video analysis to provide individualized feedback and enhance each athlete's understanding of their movement patterns.
